    Just drove to Brooky to pick up Pro Plan $125 All over store has price match guarantee. Poo bags $21 Joint Care $13 was going to spenf over $160 found all 3 products at Petstock plus 15% discount store assist says" we are not Petstock" go there. !!!! Biz is tough i. A retailer i would of taken my money. !!!!

    Decent shop, with a fair range of products for fluffy animals and other pets, conveniently located next door to 'Hi-Tek Aquariums' where you can get your live animals such as fish, reptiles and critters and a different range of products for them. Having these two stores side by side makes this area a one stop shopping centre for all your pet and aquarium needs.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. I arrived there at 6:45pm and was refused service because all i had was cash. They open until 7 but they cash up their tills early which is against their policy. After a week of trying to contact the head office i have given up. There contact numbers go nowhere and noone calls you back. Its quite clear that they dont care about their customers. Id steer well clear if i was you
