  So nice to walk into a shop and be made welcome straight away. Andrew and the boys were not just a pleasure to deal with but they fixed the mystery creak in my bike that I and other bike shops had spent months chasing. No substitute for experience I guess and these guys clearly have plenty of it.

  As well as that there was good mountain biking chat as Jason is obviously a rider who is active in the local scene, rides and is enthusiastic about riding lots.

  Andrew sorted me out with a great bike within my price range. Nothing was too much trouble and (contrary to some of the other reviews) I didnt feel like I was being up-sold on anything I purchased - bike, helmet, basket or child seat.

  I have found true customer support at BBF. Andrew and Jason have been brilliant at looking after my bike needs. For example I call the shop from Centennial Park where i broke a gear cable . I Rode to Brookvale in the high gear and in ten minutes on arrival the BBF guys replaced the cable checked the bike and I was on my way home.

  5 Stars to Andrew, Max & the Team at Brookvale Bike Factory! I have purchased several bikes through this knowledgeable team who are always helpful & friendly. Most recently, I was able to walk into the store, purchase a kids bike, wait whilst they made the necessary adjustments for the bike to fit the child & ride out of the shop with a very happy young person!! They also provide free adjustments after a month of using the bike to ensure it is running in tip top condition! They also have lots of accessories available to get you fitted out for your biking experience! I will be back again & again for all my biking requirements! Your bikes and team are the best!!

  I'd recommend Brookvale Bike Factory to anyone looking for expert service and local advice. A scan round the shop showed it had an excellent range of products for mountain bikers like myself. I'll definitely be back.

  Popped the bike round to home today. All was fitted plus another job that while easily done at the same time I would have expected to be a problem based on service I've experienced elsewhere. I picked the bike up after a short period of time with the job done exactly as promised after receiving a notification text as promised. Winner winner chicken dinner
