    Dodgy - poor customer service, rude. Tried to leave a ding on the hire car off the sheet that described the car's condition and were reluctant to even go and check (I took a photo to cover myself). Staff member said "let's go see this so called ding". It was very obvious. I did not get an apology. Untrustworthy. I only used them because my insurer provided me with a replacement car while mine was in for repairs. I would be very reluctant to go to Hertz Brookvale again and on account of this Hertz would be my last choice if I had to use a hire car again for any reason.
