  The team at Premier Automotive are real professionals and very reliable. They discuss in detail what needs to be done on your car and even help you to plan what should be done first and what you can expect in subsequence services. They will definitely tell you when something urgent needs to be addressed without being pushy. Both my cars are being looked after by them and it really gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

  I left my Ford Econovan 2006 in for its 100,00km service to replace the timing belt and the fan back in April 2017. The mechanics forgot to bolt the fan back on and whilst I was driving away from the service after about 2 hours I heard a clunk and smoke started rising from the engine. an hour passed and the NRMA came to diagnose the problem as the fan falling off and hitting the radiator piercing a hole in it. The engine was pretty much gone. I approached Premiere Automotive to find a solution. The one good thing they did was firstly offer me a replacement vehicle immediately while they fixed the problem. In the end, the problem was fixed free of charge and I was given a new radiator and my engine was reheated and reshaped along with new piston rings, so an expensive operation. However there was no compensation for this problem they had caused from their mistake costing me 6 weeks without my vehicle in total as well as the weekend while they were closed and I was car-less my entire calendar was a mess. I had to pester them daily, ringing them and hassling them and reminding them to get on with fixing my van. I felt like the entire scenario was not taken seriously and was regarded by the company as a minor priority as it took so long while perhaps they should have been proactive about their mistake by pleasing the customer first and making it happen within a week or two which was feasible.
